Document Imaging Systems
Document imaging systems are occasionally used in combination with Data Capture programs. These systems are able to read data, organize and manage it into appropriate records or indexes and convert paper data into digital images.
Document Management, or “Knowledge management” is a growing field, offering the transfer of data from paper or other formats, and organizing it in a variety of ways, for easy searches, retrieval or even destruction.
